Coach has gone through the factory for some updates, upgrades, and some light refurbishing work. New owner may consider new carpet and possibly upgrade to Ultra leather furniture. Quite loaded with two tone hardwood, dish washer/dryer, backup camera, 8000 Onan generator (285 hours), and solar. Very well taken care of ONLY 50K miles on her since it was built 2004 with Volvo certified lease return semi truck. Miles now 419K, nothing for a truck, and this is a great PRE EMISSIONS CUMMINS N-14 engine, 500 HP, and AUTO SHIFT transmission. Better mileage and tons less to go wrong than the new emissions trucks . Ready to go to a new owner. Sleeps 6 as laid out now. Shorter coach, 43 foot bumper to bumper.

FIRST TIME EVER
A rig here for sale NOT built by Powerhouse; trying to help a guy out.
THIS IS A MECHANIC SPECIAL and could be a great deal for the right buyer. This rig has a lot of potential, but it will take a person able to do some work themselves to keep repair costs down . It has had a wrap on it that is now partially removed with glue yet to clean up. Some body damage. Some interior cabinet damage. Generator wiring issue. etc. Built around 2004 with a new freightliner truck with a mercedies engine and auto shift around 250K miles.
SELLING for 55K. I beleive a mechanical buyer could fix it back up spending another 15-20K. It will be to PHC Idaho factory soon for better evaluation.
Floor plan: rear bathroom, moving forward 3 bunks on each side (sleep 6), forward to kitchen table and sofa, then sleeping over the cab.
